Section 2
Eligibility and Age Restriction
Access to and use of tr444 is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:
- You are at least 18 years of age. tr444 does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register an account, deposit funds, or participate in any game or betting activity on the platform.
- You are accessing the platform of your own free will, for personal recreational entertainment purposes only.

tr444 applies Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to verify the identity and age of all registered players. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification issued by the Government of Bangladesh or a recognised international authority. Any account found to be held by a person under the age of 18 will be immediately and permanently closed. All balances in such accounts will be returned to the source payment method after deducting any winnings generated, which are not payable to underage players under any circumstances.

Section 3
Account Registration

The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including a valid mobile number, a secure password, and acceptance of this Agreement.
Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods or mobile numbers — is a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions. If tr444 identifies duplicate accounts belonging to the same individual, all associated accounts will be permanently suspended and all balances will be forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. tr444 will never ask for your password via any communication channel. You must notify tr444 support immediately if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised. Any activity carried out on your account while your login credentials are active is your responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you.
Account information — including your registered mobile number and payment method details — must remain accurate and up to date at all times. tr444 will use the contact details on your account to communicate important information about your account status, security alerts, and changes to platform policies. It is your responsibility to ensure that tr444 can reach you via your registered contact details.
tr444 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. Accounts that remain inactive (no login or real-money activity) for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant account procedures, including any applicable dormant account fees, will be communicated to the registered contact details before any action is taken.
One Account
One account per person. Duplicate registrations result in permanent suspension of all accounts.

Accurate Details
All registration details must be accurate and kept current. False information may result in account closure.
Dormant Accounts

Section 4
Deposits and Withdrawals

The minimum deposit is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply depending on the payment method selected and the verification status of your account. Players who have completed full KYC verification are eligible for higher transaction limits.
Deposits are generally credited to your tr444 account balance instantly upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. - Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or account-level blocks applied by tr444.
tr444 monitors all account activity for signs of the prohibited behaviours listed above. Detection of any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, reporting of the activity to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities in Bangladesh or other applicable jurisdictions.
Section 8
Account Suspension and Closure
tr444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period of being requested to do so.
- Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity associated with the account.
- Receipt of a chargeback, dispute, or reversal from a payment provider in relation to funds deposited into the account.
- Account identified as belonging to a person under the age of 18.
- Account identified as a duplicate of an existing tr444 account held by the same individual.
- Player has registered as self-excluded and attempts to access or create a new account during the self-exclusion period.
- tr444 decides to withdraw services from a particular jurisdiction.
Upon account closure for breach of these Terms & Conditions, tr444 reserves the right to withhold any remaining account balance pending investigation. Where funds are determined to have been obtained through fraudulent activity, they will not be returned. In all other cases of account closure not attributable to player misconduct, any verified remaining balance of real-money funds (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting tr444 support. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the tr444 platform without the express prior written consent of tr444.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
